About these terms
Storeroo is operated by Smark Design, ABN 71 923 145 151. Contact: Contact form. By submitting content or using our introduction service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.
Storeroo’s role
Storeroo helps businesses discover listings and requests and may arrange introductions. The businesses agree any sale, gift, inspection, payment and collection directly. Storeroo does not currently provide payment processing, escrow, delivery or a guarantee that an exchange will occur.
Your submissions
You must have permission to share the text and images you submit and to offer the goods. Provide accurate information, disclose known faults and keep availability current. Do not include someone else’s personal information without permission. You allow Storeroo to display approved content for the purpose of operating and promoting that listing on the service.
Review and removal
We may request more information, decline or remove a listing that breaches the community guidelines, infringes rights or presents a credible risk. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to ask us to review a decision.
Agree the exchange carefully
Confirm the description, condition, price, GST treatment, inclusions, pickup time and transport arrangements. Buyers should inspect suitability; sellers remain responsible for accurate descriptions and obligations that apply to their supply.
Your legal rights remain
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Describing goods as used or “as is” does not itself remove those rights.
Fees
There are no Storeroo listing or introduction fees for this initial release. Any future fee will be disclosed before you agree to it. Buyers and sellers arrange any payment for goods directly.
Problems and disputes
First contact the other business to discuss a transaction issue. You can also report the listing to Storeroo. We can review conduct and content on the service, but do not promise to resolve disputes or recover payments.
Privacy and changes
Information handling is described in the privacy policy. Material changes to these terms will be dated and communicated on the website; changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
