Only list items you own or have permission to sell or give away. Use accurate photos and descriptions. Include faults, missing parts, quantities, measurements and collection requirements. Be clear about the full asking price and any applicable GST.
Keep it relevant to business.
Equipment, furniture, packaging and lawful business supplies fit the exchange. Requests should say what is needed, the preferred location and any relevant size or budget constraints.
Some items do not belong here.
Do not list stolen or counterfeit goods, recalled or unsafe products, weapons, alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, medicines, hazardous substances, personal data or regulated goods requiring licences. Food and live animals are outside our initial scope.
Treat people and their time with respect.
Keep communication courteous. Do not spam, harass, discriminate or pressure someone into a transaction. Agree a pickup time, keep appointments and explain promptly if plans change.
Check before collecting.
Ask questions, inspect goods and confirm suitability for your business. Arrange safe lifting and transport. Do not share banking passwords, verification codes or identity documents with another user.
Help keep the community useful.
Report misleading listings or concerning conduct through Contact. Listings may be declined or removed for breaching these guidelines. We may ask for more information when reviewing a report.
